SHOOTS OF 5 ADULTS OR MORE WILL HAVE TO BE SHOT AT OUR BIGGER PARTNERED STUDIO LOCATION IN DURHAM. PLEASE MESSAGE FOR UPDATED AVAILABILITY before booking.

You will receive all of your watermarked images via email. Once you choose which photos to edit, we will send the final edits via email.

Reschedules: If there’s something on your end that requires rescheduling, you will be able to reschedule 12 hours before your appointment. Any last minute reschedules will result in a $35 rescheduling fee. You also have one complimentary rescheduled appointment (if rescheduled at least 8 hours before your appointment).. The rescheduling fee will be $35 after the initial rescheduling. Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled less than 8 hours of your appointment will result in the reschedule fee.

Refunds are only refundable if we cancel on our end.

Cancellations: If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on your end, we will offer a one rescheduling. If you want to cancel your appointment with us fully, please contact us on the contact page of our site or text us only at +(919) 907-1476 . Please try to cancel before 12 hours. The deposit is nonrefundable.  

If you want an appointment time before or after our hours, you must pay the $40 emergency fee add-on. Please text for updated availability and request your emergency appointment.

No Call/ No Show results in being banned from booking again with us again.
